Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. What counts as "availing" the service
You have availed the service the moment any of the following occurs after payment:
- You start (open or begin) any Test or Hardcore mock
- You access the Pro Practice or Pro Power feature set (Foundation Mode, full mock library, custom mock builder, 1v1 mode, Q20 sprints, etc.)
- You initiate any AI tutor conversation that consumes a paid-tier conversation
- You download the Pattern Analysis Report after subscribing
- You receive a Per-Mock purchase delivery (mock content + AI analysis)
At any of these moments, the digital service is considered delivered and consumed. No refund will be issued for that purchase or billing period.
2. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation:
- Stops future renewals
- Does NOT refund the current billing period
- You retain access until the end of your current paid period
3. Limited exceptions where refunds ARE issued
We will issue refunds only in the following narrow circumstances. These exceptions exist because they reflect cases where the service was not actually delivered or you were charged in error:
- Duplicate charges — If your payment processor charges you twice for the same purchase, we refund the duplicate.
- Unauthorized charges — If your account was charged without your authorization (e.g., card fraud), report immediately to [email protected] and we'll investigate and refund if confirmed.
- Service unavailable for > 48 consecutive hours during your billing period — If the platform is down for more than 48 hours within your billing cycle, we issue a pro-rated credit or refund equivalent to the downtime.
- Technical failure preventing access immediately after purchase — If a verifiable technical bug on our side prevents you from accessing the service within 24 hours of purchase AND you have not yet availed any feature, we refund in full. (After 24 hours OR after first feature access, this exception does not apply.)
4. How to request an exception-based refund
Email [email protected] with:
- Your registered email address
- Order ID or transaction reference
- Specific exception you're invoking (from Section 3 above)
- Supporting evidence (screenshots of error, duplicate charge statement, etc.)
We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds process within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Pro Season Pass (when offered, Aug–Nov CAT cycle)
Season passes are pre-paid for a 4-month CAT cycle. Same "no refunds once availed" policy applies. Once you access any Pro tier feature after Season Pass purchase, the pass is non-refundable. Limited exceptions in Section 3 still apply.
6. Why this policy
Agny delivers digital content (mocks, AI tutor responses, Pattern Reports) instantly upon purchase. Because the value is delivered immediately and irrevocably consumed, we do not offer general refunds — this is consistent with industry standard for digital subscription services. We do honor the limited exceptions in Section 3 because those represent failures on our side, not yours.
